 At Hartyn Health Apps we recognize that privacy is significant. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to your use of the Hartyn Health Apps applications on all platforms (the "Product").


Hartyn Health Apps ("us" or "we") has created this Policy to explain our privacy practices so you will understand what information about you is collected, used and disclosed. We collect information from you in order to provide corresponding service and better user experience. With your consent of this Privacy Policy, your usage, statistics, input while using Hartyn Health Apps would be collected. By using our application you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to post content, including photos, video, voices, comments and other materials ("User Content"), to the Product and to share User Content publicly.

• We may collect information about device such as its operation system, language and Android ID, your IP address and log files.

• Cookies. We may use Cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how you use of our Product and its features.

• Information you choose to post and/or to publicly display. You may post your photo, video, voice or other material on our Product and to publicly display and share them with others in/through our Product. These materials post by you would still under your control and you still choose whether you post, display or remove such materials.

• Information you submit. The information you submit for the account registration, including your user name you create, your name, email address, a picture; The information you submit to communication with us, for example, when you give us your opinions to our application and services via our feedback channel, such as your email address, and names and other information provided by you;


2. HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION?

We may use your information only for serving you better as below:

• To personalize user experience;

• To help develop our service - We may use Non-Personal Information to provide, maintain, improve and develop our services;

• We may collect your non-personal information and use them for market and promotion purpose, for example, we may promote or recommend more relevant applications to you.

• We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of Hartyn Health Apps, as well as to communicate directly with you, such as to send you email messages and push notifications, and permit you to share your creations on the Hartyn Health Apps with your contacts or social media sites. We may also send you Service-related emails or messages (e.g., account verification, order confirmations, change or updates to features of Hartyn Health Apps, technical and security notices).


3. HOW YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED

• Non-Personal Information. We do not combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your unique User Device number).

• We do not disclose your non-personal or personal information.

• We do not disclose, or sell your personal information such as your name, local address, and photo to the third party without your prior consent.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.


The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

4.2.1 : FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY:


You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. Under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), You can be referred to as the Data Subject or as the User as you are the individual using the Service.

Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Blood Pressure App Pro.


Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for the election of directors or other managing authority.


Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.


4.2.2 : SERVICE REFERS TO THE APPLICATION


Country refers to: United States


Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used. For the purpose of the GDPR, Service Providers are considered Data Processors.


Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.


Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. For the purposes for GDPR, Personal Data means any information relating to You such as a name, an identification number, location data, online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. For the purposes of the CCPA, Personal Data means any information that identifies, relates to, describes or is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with You.


Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.


Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).


Data Controller, for the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), refers to the Company as the legal person which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.


Do Not Track (DNT) is a concept that has been promoted by US regulatory authorities, in particular the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), for the Internet industry to develop and implement a mechanism for allowing internet users to control the tracking of their online activities across websites.


Business, for the purpose of the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), refers to the Company as the legal entity that collects Consumers' personal information and determines the purposes and means of the processing of Consumers' personal information, or on behalf of which such information is collected and that alone, or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of consumers' personal information, that does business in the State of California.


Consumer, for the purpose of the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), means a natural person who is a California resident. A resident, as defined in the law, includes (1) every individual who is in the USA for other than a temporary or transitory purpose, and (2) every individual who is domiciled in the USA who is outside the USA for a temporary or transitory purpose.


Sale, for the purpose of the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a Consumer's Personal information to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.



5. THIRD- PARTY SITES

In general, the Applications, the Services and the Site access third party information (such as your Facebook account information) through application interfaces. We may provide links to third-party Web sites, such as Facebook, as a service to our Users. The Site may also carry advertisements from other companies. When you click on links of third parties in an Application, the Services or the Site, you may leave the Application, the Services or the Site. Some of these third party sites may be co-branded with our name/logo or our affiliated entity's name/logo, even though they are not operated or maintained by us. This Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of Web sites operated by third parties, whether they are linked to or otherwise accessible from an Application, the Services or the Site. The inclusion of a link or accessibility of third party Websites does not imply endorsement of such third party Website by us.


6. USERS WITH WHOM YOU SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you share your information. We cannot, and do not, control the information you share with other Users using an Application, the Services or the Site (including via Forums) or how such other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.


7. SECURITY

Hartyn Health Apps is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal Information, and we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information is absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable.



8. YOUR CONSENT AND OUR USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA


8.1 : BY CREATING A PROFILE OR REGISTERING TO USE OUR APPS, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO:



We may process the health data you provide by using the app to import or export the data with third-party services, such as Apple HealthKit and Google Fit.


We may process the account data you provide by using the app and create it through your account only for the purposes of login or registration, third-party services, such as Apple ID, Google account and Facebook account.


Except as provided in this privacy policy, we will not transfer any of your personal data to third parties.



8.2 : THE COMPANY MAY USE PERSONAL DATA FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:


To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.


To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.


For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.


To contact You: To contact You by email, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.


To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.


To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.



9. WE MAY SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:


With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to show advertisements to You to help support and maintain Our Service, to advertise on third party websites to You after You visited our Service, for payment processing, to contact You.


For examples, as your consent at the registration screen, we may import into the App Personal data about your health and activities from third-party services such as Apple HealthKit and Google Fit. The imported Personal data may include weight, body temperature, calories burnt, heartbeat rate, number of steps/distances traveled, and other data about your health. We will handle any such third-party information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


Forums Cookies (WebView browser cookies) - Forum Cookies generally are used to deliver or optimize our services, to communicate with users or manage their forum accounts, to develop content, or for the purposes of research and analysis. you may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of our services.


Third-Party Advertisers - We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Application. These companies may use information about your visits to the app that are contained in cookies in order to optimize the performance of the marketing campaigns and provide ads about goods and services of interest to you. We NEVER shares any data you are tracking in the app (e.g., when you get your Personal Data) with third-Party Advertisers.


Analytics - We use third party analytics tools, Google Analytics, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. Google Analytics collects information such as device, location and app usage information. We may use the information get from Google Analytics only to customize and personalize your App experience for statistical purposes and analytics.


For Business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.


With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.


With Business partners: We may share Your information with Our business partners to offer You certain products, services or promotions.


With other users: when You share personal information or otherwise interact in the public areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside. If You interact with other users or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service, Your contacts on the Third-Party Social Media Service may see Your name, profile, pictures and description of Your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate with You and view Your profile.


10. SENSITIVE INFORMATION

We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organizations, including trade union memberships) on or through an Application, the Services or the Site or otherwise to us.


11. USE OF APPLICATIONS OR THE SERVICES

If you object to your Personal Information being transferred or used as described in this Policy, please do not use any Application, the Services or the Site and immediately delete all Applications from your User Devices.


12. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENT

When you use Hartyn Health Apps Mobile applications on Android, we do not retrieve or store any personal information about you. We do check if certain application is installed on your phone before we display an advertisement for the application (To avoid displaying advertisement for an app that is already on your phone)


We also use Google Admob SDK and Facebook Audience Network SDK for advertisements in our applications. We also use "Home Campaign Advertisement" to promote our other application. We show this home campaign advertisement under the label "More Apps by/from Developer" or "Re-commanded Apps" or Any Other Label. Remember, though, there could be errors in the programming, and sometime programming errors may cause unwanted side effects.

If you do not agree to any modifications to this Policy, your sole recourse is to immediately stop all use of all Applications, the Services and the Site. Your continued use of any Application, the Services or the Site following the posting of any modifications to this Policy will constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy. Please note that none of our employees or agents has the authority to vary any of our Policies.
